Shipping

All items are shipped from our location in Vancouver, BC, Canada using Canada Post. If you are ordering from outside of Canada, there may be customs fees incurred at the border. These are the full responsibility of the customer, so please check beforehand to see if you will have to pay additional charges for the delivery of your package. Shipping is calculated using the Canada Post Module which calculates accurate pricing based on the size and weight of the item being purchased.

All North American orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited and will ship out from our Vancouver location within 48 hours of your order (weekdays only). You can view your estimated date of delivery when you choose your shipping option (this does not apply to Customized Items as these have a production timeline added, so please disregard the delivery estimate). If an item is not in stock we will contact you right away to let you know your options. If you need anything by a specific date, please let us know so we can make sure to get it you on time!

International Shipping: Shipping internationally is available but please note the following about your shipping options. XPress Post and Tracked Packet provide you with a tracking number to check on the status of your parcel - although they are a bit more expensive, we recommend selecting one of these options. Small Packets Air and Air Parcel delivers in 6-15 business days but it does NOT give you a tracking number.

Note re: Australian Orders We love Australians! But our website does not :( When you enter your shipping address it will default to a 2 digit territory/province code. Please enter the full name of the territory into the COMMENTS field when you check out. That way we can ship your items to the correct address! Returns/exchanges

Items may be returned for a refund/exchange up to 30 days from purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags still on. Shipping is non refundable. Please make sure to ship using an insured and trackeable service as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please include the receipt with your customer number on it so we can easily locate your order and contact us BEFORE you send you package back so we can process your refund/exchange promptly (info@pivotstar.com)

Team Orders

Does your team want to order a full set of Hot Shorts or Hoodies? Send us an email and we will cut you a sweet deal on orders of 5 or more of the same item! info@pivotstar.com

Custom Orders

Want a specific colour piping on the Hot Shorts or a special colour combo on the Hoodies? We will do custom orders for 15 or more of the same item. Please note that custom orders do take longer as we have to make them specially for you, and usually take around 6 weeks to deliver. Please email us for pricing and options info@pivotstar.com
